• We need 2 ccs of blood in a plain red top tube or 1 cc of serum.

Schedule, Pricing, and Submission

• The CL test is run weekly on Wednesday with results on Wednesday. Samples must arrive the Tuesday prior to the test date or prior. Herd Health Diagnostics is closed all major holidays.

• The CL test is $8.00 per sample.

• Download and fill out the submission form below and include in your shipment with the samples and payment.

Shipping

• Samples must be shipped 2-3-day delivery on ice packs. We recommend shipping through FedEx or UPS.
